You can delete your Arrow Due account and its data at any time.
Delete in the App
- Open Arrow Due.
- Tap your avatar to open Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
You are signed out and your account is scheduled for deletion. If you don't sign in again within 30 days, the account and its data are permanently deleted. Signing in during this period cancels the deletion and your account stays as it was.
Request deletion without the App
If you no longer have the App, send a request through our Support page or email support@arrowdue.com with your player ID (shown in your profile) or display name. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: display name, avatar, player ID
- Points balance, progress and leaderboard entry
- Friends, friend requests and help messages
- Device information linked to your account
What may be kept
- Match records where your name is replaced with an anonymous placeholder (so your opponents' history stays correct)
- Purchase records required for accounting and tax purposes, without your name
- Support messages until your request is resolved
Purchases made with Apple or Google are not refunded by deleting your account; refunds are handled by the store.
