Arrow Duel ("we", "us") publishes the game Arrow Due (the "App") and the website https://arrowdue.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data. When you first open the App we create a guest account linked to a random identifier generated on your device (not your phone number or hardware ID). We store your display name, chosen avatar and a 6-character player ID.
Game data. Points balance, level progress, multiplayer match results (opponent, mode, score, points won or lost), friends, friend requests and help messages, leaderboard preference.
Device data. Platform (iOS/Android), operating system version, device model, app version and language. We use this for support, compatibility and statistics.
Purchase data. Which product you bought, its price, currency and date. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or bank details.
Advertising data. The App shows ads through third-party ad networks (for example Google AdMob). These partners may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address and device information under their own privacy policies. On iOS we only use the advertising identifier if you allow tracking. We record anonymous counts of ads shown and rewards granted.
Support data. If you contact us in the App or on the website we store your email address, your message and, if you provide it, your player ID.
Server logs. IP addresses are processed briefly for security and abuse prevention (for example rate limiting) and are not used to identify you.
2. How we use data
- To run the game: save progress, match players, keep the leaderboard and friends features working.
- To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse.
- To answer your support requests.
- To understand usage in aggregate and improve the App.
- To show ads and measure ad performance.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and your consent (personalised ads, tracking).
3. What others can see
Your display name, avatar, player ID and points may be visible to other players in search, friends lists, matches and the leaderboard. You can hide yourself from the leaderboard in Profile → Show me on the leaderboard.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers; ad networks as described above; Apple and Google for purchases; and authorities when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account and game data while your account exists. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be deleted. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may be kept longer.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and object to certain processing. Delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete account; permanent after 30 days unless you sign in again) or as described on our Account Deletion page. For other requests write to support@arrowdue.com.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date below. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
